Munger Place Historic District
5000 - 5123 Tremont
Tremont Street, in the middle of the Munger Place Historic District, was the only street that did not suffer the indignity of the 1950s and 1960s apartments that were scattered throughout the rest of the historic district. The homes on Tremont, Victor and Worth were required to cost a minimum of $2,000.

Every historic home photograph in this section was taken during the week of the 2005 Munger Place Historic Home Tour celebrating the centennial of this historically and architecturally significant neighborhood. These photographs represent 30 years of neighborhood revitalization and restoration in the Munger Place Historic District. Please call me, Douglas Newby, at 214.522.1000 to discuss Douglas Newby & Associates representing you as we search and help you evaluate the best historic home for you.
